When someone is interested in your listing, they place an offer. You then have full control over how to respond. This guide covers every step of the offer flow — from receiving your first bid to completing the trade on Steam.
How to Place an Offer
On any active listing, you will see:
- Offer buttons next to each individual game in the listing
- An Offer for All button at the top for a whole-listing offer
Choosing How Many Copies
If a game has multiple copies available (e.g. 5x Resident Evil 2), a quantity selector appears in the offer form. Enter how many copies you want.
The price you enter is per copy. If you offer 1.50 TF2 Keys for 3 copies, the card will show: 1.50 TF2 Keys per copy — ×3 = 4.50 totalPayment or Game Trade
Select whether you are offering:
- 💰 Payment — enter an amount and select the payment method (TF2 Keys, PayPal, USDT, EUR, BTC, etc.)
- 🎮 Games in exchange — list the games you are offering, one per line
Add an optional message and submit. The listing owner is notified immediately.
The Offer Card
Every offer appears in the All Offers section of the listing page. The listing owner sees:
- Bidder name and reputation score
- OFFERING — the payment amount or games offered
- FOR — the specific game and how many copies (e.g.
(3x) Resident Evil 2) - Time since the offer was placed and current status (Pending / Accepted / Rejected)
Owner Actions — What You Can Do With an Offer
✅ Accept
Click Accept to accept the offer as-is.
What happens:
- The offer status changes to Accepted
- The game's stock decrements by the number of copies requested
- Both parties earn +1 trade point
- Steam buttons appear — Send Trade Offer (if Trade URL is set) and View Profile
The listing only closes when all copies of all games are sold — not on the first acceptance.
↩️ Counter Offer
Not happy with the price? Click Counter to propose a different amount.
When you click Counter:
- The Accept/Counter/Reject buttons disappear — preventing accidental clicks
- A modal form opens showing:
- Their original amount (crossed out)
- An input for your counter amount (same currency)
- An optional note field
- Click Send Counter Offer to submit
The bidder receives a notification and can Accept or Decline your counter.
You can only send one counter per offer. Make it count.
✗ Reject
Click Reject to decline the offer. The bidder is notified. Your listing stays fully open and all remaining copies are still available.
🗑 Delete
Permanently removes the offer from the listing. Can be done by the bidder or listing owner. Accepted offers cannot be deleted by regular users.
Bidder Actions
If you placed an offer and it is still Pending, you can:
- Withdraw — takes back your offer politely, no hard feelings
- Accept counter — if the owner sent a counter offer, you can accept or decline it
- Delete — permanently removes your offer
Completing the Trade on Steam
Once an offer is accepted, both parties see:
- Send Trade Offer — opens Steam's trade window directly (requires Trade URL to be set)
- View Profile — goes to the trader's Steam profile to initiate contact
The actual item exchange happens on Steam — TRADANYA never holds items or processes payments. Always use Steam's built-in trade system.
After the Trade
Visit the trader's TRADANYA profile and leave a review:
- 👍 Positive — trade went exactly as agreed
- 👎 Negative — something went wrong (a comment is required)
Both reviews and trade points are recorded permanently and contribute to the trader's reputation score.
